• Manipulating the system, spamming, or harming our servers.
• Harassing other users or harvesting their personal data.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy the platform.

Platform Rights

PromptDMC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue platform features at any time. We have the authority to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules.

Intellectual Property

PromptDMC's design, logo, code, and brand belong to PromptDMC. User-generated content (prompts) belongs to the users.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of the results generated by AI models. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Likewise, we reserve the right to terminate your account if we detect abuse.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new terms.
